There is also an element that rarely appears
in discussions focused purely on technology:
operational culture. Organizational cultures
are not built solely through manuals or digital
platforms. They are also formed through
everyday interactions, direct observation of
work practices, and informal learning

environments tend to facilitate this process,
particularly during periods of growth or when
onboarding new collaborators. For these
reasons, many companies are adopting more
structured hybrid models in which different

Some functions remain fully remote,
especially those that require high levels of
individual concentration and less daily
coordination. Others operate within physical
environments designed to ensure operational
control, information protection, and consistent
supervision. This approach does not attempt
to replace remote work. It seeks to integrate it

The result is a hybrid model in which the

The correct question is which part of the
